Curriculum Development & Design: PA Leadership Charter School

Led the full-cycle design, development and implementation of 10 multidisciplinary courses delivered across online, hybrid, and in-person learning environments, serving 400+ learners. I designed each course using evidence-based instructional design principles, building structured learning pathways supported by interactive multimedia, original video content, and digital learning assets.

All courses were developed and deployed through Canvas LMS, where I focused on creating intuitive, accessible learning experiences for both students and faculty. This work blended strategic curriculum planning with thoughtful user experience design, ensuring every module was engaging, functional, and built to support real-world learning outcomes.
