  • Collaborated with SMEs (therapists) to design and develop an adult training video in Vyond, translating complex therapeutic concepts into clear, empathetic, and accessible visual content, positively impacting 20+ clients.

  • Applied instructional design principles to storyboard, script, and produce a learner-centered training video, collaborating closely with therapists to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Video supports immediate therapeutic goals and serves as a lasting resource within the Center for CBT’s video library, providing client community with ongoing support and access to engaging, evidence-based training materials.

  • Delivered a polished, high-quality instructional video integrated into the organization’s continuing education platform, praised for clarity, compassion, and strong technical excellence.

  • Produced, created, designed and updated functional and adaptive training materials, including a donor recognition flyer (for $10,000+ supporters) and volunteer recruitment campaign, for volunteers and staff, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and learner confidence.

  • Designed, facilitated and delivered 6 original eLearning courses for 400+ learners, applying learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and multimedia elements (microlearning, video, infographics) to drive knowledge retention and performance improvement. Used by a department of 5 faculty members.

  • Served as LMS administrator for the coordination and delivery of 6 simultaneous training programs (in classroom, blended, and eLearning environments); oversaw asynchronous and hybrid course rollouts for 100s of learners using a variety of digital learning tools and software applications.

  • Created 1,000+ original, clear and effective learning assets, including guides, modules, and microlearning materials, using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Premiere Pro; ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with program goals.

  • Directed the full lifecycle of a digital media arts course, managing the design and launch of 20 multimedia modules and 50+ interactive lessons. Integrated state-of-the-art technologies, evaluations, and integrated assessments and feedback loops for continuous improvement; collaborated with 10 faculty members to ensure transformative learning for 100+ participants.

  • Created and developed 100s of engaging and informative instructional design materials incorporating Google Slides, Google Docs, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, and evaluation and assessment.

  • Served as in-house creative consultant and lead designer, conceptualizing and producing 20+ bold marketing assets (presentations, posters, brochures, and exhibition programs).
